Watch: Sean Penn Declares Covid Was a ‘Mandatory Rehearsal for Things to Come’

Actor Sean Penn claimed that the era of COVID lockdowns and restrictions was a “mandatory rehearsal for things to come.”

The Democrat actor suggested Friday on CNN that COVID restrictions imposed by governments were a “silver lining” because they prepared humanity for “things to come.”

“We’re going to have to take the silver linings on this. This is a mandatory rehearsal for things to come that we’re going to have to deal with as a society,” Penn said.

Penn was a COVID hardliner during the Plandemic, calling for mandatory COVID vaccinations and for the unvaccinated should be locked down in their homes and deprived of work.

“You can’t go around pointing a gun in somebody’s face, which is what it is when people are unvaccinated,” Penn said in 2021. “I believe it should be mandatory.”

“I really feel that if someone chooses not to be vaccinated, that they should choose to stay home. Not go to work. Not have a job. As long as we’re all paying for these streets, we gotta ride safely on them. And so I’m just hopeful that the mindset will change,” he said in December 2022.

The Mystic River star’s latest remarks echo that of Bill Gates’ who warned in 2020 that the “next pandemic” will really get the people’s attention.

“We’ll have to prepare for the next one. That will get attention this time,” Gates said as he broke into a smile.

This also comes as Western elites prepare the public for the prospect of “climate lockdowns” to fight so-called climate change.

Such radical measures are already being incrementally implemented in the UK in the form of green tax zones in London which utilize surveillance technology to monitor and tax drivers based on the emissions of their vehicles, which has already been receiving massive public backlash.
