Joe Biden appeared frail and zoned out while delivering remarks in Israel on Wednesday, once again raising questions about his fitness as president with World War III unfolding.

“I asked the secretary of state when he and I were working in the Senate to write something for me and he said he wrote a line that I think is appropriate. He said, ‘It’s not we lead, it’s not just…’ Well, I won’t go into it, I’ll wait ’til later, taking too much time,” Biden said.

Biden’s speech and subsequent sit-down with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was so slurred and halting that UK’s TalkTv host Kevin O’Sullivan said the puppet president is “not in possession of his faculties.”

“I’ve got to say, all due respect to President Biden, but you know, the world is on a knife edge. This guy is not in possession of his faculties. We’ve got to rely on him?” he said.

No wonder America’s adversaries feel emboldened.
