Trump on Democrat Challenger RFK Jr.: ‘He’s a Very Good Man, His Heart Is In The Right Place’
Former President Donald Trump praised Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., claiming his “heart is in the right place” running against Joe Biden.
“He’s been very nice to me, I’ve actually had a very nice relationship with him over the years. He’s a smart guy, and a good guy,” Trump said Monday on the “Howie Carr Show.”
“He said, ‘Trump’s the greatest debater. Just don’t debate going against Trump.’ I was very honored by the fact he said that. I’m glad he feels that.”
“But he’s a very good man, and his heart is in the right place,” the former president added.
Trump also pointed out RFK, Jr. is “doing really well in the polls” against incumbent Biden this early in the Democrat primaries at 22%.
“That’s pretty good, that’s pretty good,” Trump admitted.
Carr asked, “So have you talked to him lately?”
“No, I haven’t. I would, but I haven’t,” Trump answered. “We have, there’s a lot of things, you know, he’s a common sense guy and so am I, so whether you’re conservative or liberal, common sense is common sense.”
RFK likewise praised Trump in the past, pointing out last week that Trump has been successful at speaking to the middle class on their biggest issues.
“I think that’s why Trump was so popular. He was the one guy talking to those people”.

Kennedy Jr. also recently gave Trump credit for securing the southern border in his last term.
Trump and RFK have both received overwhelmingly negative treatment by the mainstream media largely because of their opposition to endless wars, the Military Industrial Complex, and the Deep State.
