Texas AG Paxton Joins Tucker After Being Acquitted On All Impeachment Charges
Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton joined Tucker Carlson’s new program on Wednesday to discuss the recent establishment-led impeachment proceedings that failed to oust him from office.
In what was his first interview since being acquitted over the weekend, Paxton railed against the establishment’s weaponization of the justice system being used to silence pro-Trump Republicans.
Paxton also slammed the Democrat Party’s obsession with using mail-in ballots in elections as they’ve been historically viewed as easy to manipulate.
While the political establishment tries to lock Donald Trump in jail for daring to speak out against the fraudulent 2020 election in Georgia, Paxton boldly echoed Trump’s sentiment that the state’s voting process was rigged.
The AG said he has “no doubt” Georgia was stolen from Trump, adding, “It was definitely planned.”
Left-wing news outlets freaked out over the elected official’s personal opinion about the Georgia election with Mediaite running the headline, “Ken Paxton Pushes Relentlessly Debunked Stolen Election Conspiracy Theory to Giddy Tucker Carlson.”
Paxton revealed to Carlson that Jesus Christ was by his side during the trials, and credited his relationship with Christ for guiding him through the troubling period of time.
At one point, Paxton told Tucker a pair of lawyers working for the Biden DOJ “were sent” in to try and get him impeached.
“We were causing a lot of trouble for the Biden administration. Even if we didn’t, we slowed them down. We were winning. Like, I think our number is 77 percent of our cases,” he said. “So we are a huge problem for the Biden administration, and that was the way to get me out of the way.”
