Keith Olbermann Obliterated For Saying Riley Gaines “Sucked At Swimming”

Ex-ESPN and MSNBC anchor Keith Olbermann took an uncalled-for jab at former collegiate swimmer Riley Gaines on Wednesday, but the spunky athlete came up with an epic response worthy of a mic drop.

The drama began when Gaines commented on a post by Democrat Nebraska State Senator Megan Hunt, who was offended by Nebraska’s Republican Governor Jim Pillen signing a “Women’s Bill of Rights.”

“Defining woman = ridiculous to state senator Megan Hunt. Remember that next election, Nebraskans,” wrote Gaines, who has been in the political spotlight ever since speaking out against biological male swimmer Lia Thomas racing against real women.

Olbermann decided to chime in, writing to Gaines, “Can you just address the reality and move past it? You sucked at swimming. That’s why you lost.

Before the rest of the internet came to her side, Gaines destroyed the failed left-wing media pundit on her own by responding, “Ah, makes sense now why you got fired from ESPN.”

Radio host Clay Travis pointed out, “She was forced to swim against a man pretending to be a woman.”

The accomplished swimmer detailed her collegiate accomplishments, including holding the SEC record for the 200 butterfly where her time ranks among the fastest of all American women.

Human Events writer Libby Emmons informed Olbermann that Thomas was the one who “sucked” at swimming as he ranked 462nd among collegiate men.

Several social media users piled on and slammed the ignorant political pundit.
