Country Star Jason Aldean Slams Left-Wing Riots In New Music Video “Try That In A Small Town”

Country music star Jason Aldean released a new music video this week that is triggering the leftist establishment so badly Country Music Television pulled it from its rotation.

The song, “Try That In A Small Town,” criticizes riots like America witnessed at the hands of BLM in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death.

Right off the bat, the song blasts punks who think it’s fine to sucker punch people, steal from the elderly, rob liquor stores, cuss out cops or stomp on the U.S. flag.

“Well, try that in a small town. See how far ya make it down the road,” the lyrics state.

Aldean also slams gun grabbers and big-city mentality on the track.

In a social media message, the country musician explains, “When u grow up in a small town, it’s that unspoken rule of ‘we all have each other’s backs and we look out for each other.’ It feels like somewhere along the way, that sense of community and respect has gotten lost. Deep down we are all ready to get back to that. I hope my new music video helps y’all know that u are not alone in feeling that way.”

In response to the controversial song, Country Music Television pulled the music video from its rotation.

One complaint about the video is that it was filmed at Columbia, Tennessee’s Maury County Courthouse where an 18-year-old black man named Henry Choate was lynched in 1927.

Of course, it’s highly unlikely Aldean was aware of this let alone that he selected the location on purpose.

Rolling Stone published an article quoting Aldean’s response to the accusations that he wrote a “pro-lynching” song.

“‘Try That In A Small Town,’ for me, refers to the feeling of a community that I had growing up, where we took care of our neighbors, regardless of differences of background or belief,” he wrote Tuesday. “Because they were our neighbors, and that was above any differences. My political views have never been something I’ve hidden from, and I know that a lot of us in this Country don’t agree on how we get back to a sense of normalcy where we go at least a day without a headline that keeps us up at night. But the desire for it to- that’s what this song is about.”

The Daily Beast absurdly claimed without an iota of proof that the song’s lyrics suggest Aldean has “been gearing up for some sort of race war.”

The New York Daily News reported Aldean is under fire for the “dangerous” and “disgusting” music video.

One liberal podcaster hilariously claimed radio stations should be ashamed to play the song because it’s “advocating for gun violence” when it clearly is not… Besides, has he ever listened to a hip-hop radio station?

The left-wing outrage on Twitter was abundant and unhinged.

Of course, many people voiced their support for Aldean online, such as outspoken comedian Roseanne Barr who responded to a leftist hater named Shannon Watts.

“Translation: Jason Aldean simply wants to return to a time in America when ‘good old boys’ could shoot or beat the shit out of people who they didn’t think belonged in their town. Also, this song is two months old and now far past the legal song judgment period. Good day,” Watts had written.

Barr answered, “Him talking about small town values is not the same thing that your mind controlled dipshit brain filters it as. All you are doing is showing that you’re batshit crazy and that does no good for anyone. If you don’t like the song don’t listen to it. certainly don’t project your insanity on to it. My god you people are INSANE. Maybe check yourself into a facility or something. Liberals in my day protected art and made fun of those that said it had satanic messaging when you play it backwards or shit like that. That’s what you guys are now, the epitome of what you used to hate. Go get help or maybe dicked down and shut the fuck up. Thanks.”

Division in America is out of hand as highlighted by this simple country song making a common sense statement about the differences between city and rural life sparking such outrage among the brainwashed masses.
