Conspiracy Theories Swirl Over Devastating Maui Fires as Media Blames Climate Change
Social media is abuzz with conspiracy theories and questions surrounding the Maui wildfires that have killed at least 67 people.
Despite the fact the cause of the wildfires has not yet been determined, media outlets like Newsweek and AFP have insisted the fires were NOT intentionally started by direct energy weapons.
This of course has only fueled more rumors online.

Many are speculating that the fires could have been intentionally set to disenfranchise the natives who own the historic oceanfront properties that were devastated in the blaze.
So sorry to hear about Maui…listen to this guy, makes you wonder what really happened, which shouldn’t be surprising… pic.twitter.com/LPNIGAck12

Others believe the fires were started to level the area to make way for 15-minute cities promoted by the likes of the World Economic Forum.
New mind numbing conspiracy theory around 15 minute cities is Maui fires in Hawaii were purposely set so they rebuild into a 15 minute city. Disgusting. pic.twitter.com/Aw1aDSfmq6

POSSIBLE MAUI FIRE THEORY
Are the fires carried out by the government to create Maui as a new 15-minute city? Data might support the theory. #Hawaii #MauiFires #15minutecities #HAARP pic.twitter.com/1FgTQJAcNn— TJAConspirsacy (@TJAConspiracy) August 11, 2023
Please can someone explain to me how fire can burn down bricks & mortar to the ground whilst trees remain fully intact? pic.twitter.com/0ARn5J0gCH

And yet others have put forward the theory the wildfires could have been started by environmentalist arsonists to justify climate change talking points already put out by the likes of The New York Times.
The Maui fires are already one of the deadliest wildfires in modern U.S. history. How did it happen in a state defined by its lush vegetation? The explanation is straightforward: As the planet heats up, no place is protected from disasters. https://t.co/4yY82dLdB1

Hell on earth in Maui from “fires”. My conspiracy radar tells me this is likely arsonists destroying another beautiful space as they’ve been doing across the US mainland. It’s rash to presume so but you KNOW democrats will use it to scream “#CLIMATE!”#maui #mauifire #cyanboujee pic.twitter.com/NSlDc75u3b

The fact that the corporate media arm of the deep state is trying to blame the Maui fires on “climate change” is reason enough to suspect arson. Climate change is a scapegoat for Communists looking to do a freedom grab on Americans. pic.twitter.com/ToUY49IEsr

The wildfires that started Tuesday have scorched over 2,000 acres of land, including most of the town of Lahaina, a rich cultural and historical area of the Hawaiian island.
Though the cause of the fires have yet to be officially determined, when the establishment makes a decision to quash conspiracy theories and questions before all the facts are in, there’s reason to be suspicious.
