Leftist LSU Professor Leaves Unhinged Voicemail Threatening GOP Senator Who Voted to Ban Sex Changes for Minors
A leftist Louisiana State University professor left an unhinged voicemail for Republican State Senator Michael Fesi, criticizing the lawmaker for voting to override a veto by Democrat Gov. John Bel Edwards, which resulted in the passage of a bill banning transgender surgeries for minors.
In disturbing audio of the call posted to Twitter by Greg Price, part-time LSU Sociology Professor and graduate student Marcus Venable can be heard calling Fesi a “fat f***ing useless piece of sh**,” while also saying he’d celebrate the day Fesi dies.
Viewer discretion advised:
“I just wanted to say congratulations to our state senator Big Mike Fesi and the f***ing moron voted to make things worse for people who are already suffering,” Venable says in the voice message. “You fat f***ing piece of sh**.”
“You did not produce any god d*** evidence to support the claims you made about people being harmed by transgender care. Yet we have tons of empirical evidence showing there’s an increased suicide risk if people don’t get this care,” Venable states.
“So you, you big fat-headed motherf*****, I can’t wait to read your name in the f***ing obituary,” the professor allegedly says. “I will make a god d*** martini made from the tears of butt-hurt conservatives when we put your f***ing a** in the ground. You fat f***ing useless piece of sh**.”
Fesi forwarded the message to police saying he considered the call a threat. Price went on to note police verified the call came from Venable’s phone number.
The way they found out it was him is Senator Fesi reported it to the Sheriff who tracked his number.

The bill makes it illegal for healthcare professionals to offer hormone treatments, or puberty blockers to minors, and prohibits “procedures that alter the sex characteristics of a minor.”
On Thursday, LSU released a statement saying they would suspend Venable’s teaching assignments as his voice message “crossed the line.”
As a university, we foster open and respectful dialogue. Like everyone, graduate students with teaching assignments have the right to express their opinions, but this profanity-filled, threatening call crossed the line. This does not exhibit the character we expect of someone given the privilege of teaching as part of their graduate assistantship. The student will be allowed to continue their studies but will not be extended the opportunity to teach in the future.
WBRZ reports police are currently investigating Venable’s obscene message.
