“The people have spoken,” ALX wrote. “It’s time to reinstate @RealAlexJones Vox Populi, Vox Dei.”
“Ok,” Musk replied early Saturday.
“Will consider. In general, since this platform aspires to be the global town square, permanent bans should be extremely rare. Also, if he does say something false on this platform, then @CommunityNotes will correct him, whereas that would not be the case elsewhere. Let’s hold a poll:” Musk said on Thursday.

Musk clarified his position on Alex Jones’ suspension from the platform after launching the poll, claiming that the Infowars host should still have online free speech despite holding controversial opinions.
“I vehemently disagree with what he said about Sandy Hook, but are we a platform that believes in freedom of speech or are we not? That is what it comes down to in the end,” Musk wrote.

That is what it comes down to in the end. If the people vote him back on, this will be bad for 𝕏 financially, but principles matter more than money.

This comes after Tucker Carlson sat down with Alex Jones for a wide-ranging interview on X that aired Thursday, where the Infowars host broke down the coordinated online censorship against him and the details of the New World Order’s anti-human agenda.
Jones was banned on Twitter under Jack Dorsey’s leadership in 2018 for confronting CNN journalists Oliver Darcy and Brian Stelter, which Twitter alleged was a violation of its terms of service.
It’s unclear if the @infowars account will also be reinstated upon Alex Jones’ return.
If you want Alex Jones back on X, be sure to record your vote to make your voice heard!
