Watch: White House Spox Dalton Defends Biden Inviting Hunter To State Dinner With AG Merrick Garland

The Biden administration rolled out a new face to take questions during a White House press briefing on Tuesday following a disastrous presser with press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and National Security spokesman John Kirby last week.

Principal Deputy Press Secretary Olivia Dalton continued the Biden tradition of lying and refusing to answer questions surrounding Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings and the floundering U.S. economy.

Dalton dismissed a reporter’s question asking why Joe Biden invited Hunter to a state dinner attended by Attorney General Merrick Garland only days after striking a plea agreement with the Justice Department.

“Every president of the United States has invited their family to a state dinner. This president also has a family,” Dalton said.

“What message is the president trying to send…when he invites his son to a state dinner and Camp David…amid everything he’s going through?”

Dalton also refused to answer whether Garland committed perjury or even obstructed justice when he told Congress that the attorney investigating Hunter Biden had authority to bring charges outside of Delaware.

Attorney David Weiss reportedly told witnesses he had no authority to prosecute Hunter outside Delaware.

“Does the White House believe Attorney General Garland committed perjury when he testified under oath that Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss could bring charges outside of his district?”

Dalton also lied through her teeth claiming that Biden’s economic policies are popular with the American people.

When asked how the Biden era would be remembered as anything other than high inflation and rising unemployment, Dalton replied, “Take a look at where we started!”
