Dad Files $35.6 Million Lawsuit Against Pfizer Over 17-Year-Old Son’s Vaccine Death

An upset dad in Canada whose son died following a Pfizer Covid-19 jab has filed a lawsuit against the pharmaceutical giant seeking compensation for his son’s death to the tune of $35.6 million.

On Sept. 27, 2021, Ontario resident Dan Hartman’s son Sean was found deceased on his bedroom floor just 33 days after receiving Pfizer’s Covid jab.

“The Plaintiff pleads that Sean Hartman died as a result of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination,” the father’s lawsuit states, according to Western Standard.

The distraught dad accuses Pfizer of failing to inform patients about the known risks of the jabs, including the fact the jabs were proven to cause heart conditions like myocarditis in adolescent males.

The company “concealed the fact the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccination had severe possible risks and outcomes when administered, including but not limited to myocarditis, pericarditis and death, to the public, healthcare providers, and regulatory authorities, including Health Canada,” the lawsuit states.

Hartman said his son initially received the jab in order to play hockey, and four days later he had to transport him to the emergency room after he developed brown circles around his eyes, a rash on his face and pain in his right shoulder.

Examining Sean posthumously, Idaho-based pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole discovered his adrenal glands had been affected by spike proteins derived from the vaccine. 

Despite Health Canada in January acknowledging at least 400 Canadians died from the jab, Hartman never received compensation from the country’s Vaccine Injury Support Program.

In August, Hartman initiated a fundraiser to gather donations for a legal fund that raised over $70,000. The GiveSendGo page notes the lawsuit would convey a message to the government about vaccine-injured Canadians.

“Together, we can stand as a united community to challenge the federal government and demand accountability for vaccine-related deaths,” the donation page states.

Last year, Hartman went viral for delivering a powerful message criticizing Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, accusing him of failing to warn citizens about the lethal dangers of experimental vaccines and pushing back against Trudeau’s denials of mocking the Canadian Freedom Convoy.
