Shock Video: Armed Biker Destroys Car With Family Inside as Motorcycle Rowdies Swarm Philly Streets
Police arrested a suspect who badly damaged a car carrying a mother and her children as a mob of ATVs and motorcycles swarmed the streets of Philadelphia this week.
The shocking incident occurred at around 9 p.m. on Sunday in the City of Brotherly Love.
Footage shot by a tourist riding a double-decker bus has been circulating on social media.
“George Colony from Florida watched helplessly as a male on motorcycle kicked in back windshield where two kids [were] sitting,” reports Steve Keeley of Fox 29.
“He had a gun that fell out of his waistband as he jumped down off her car. He then headbutted her with the visor of his helmet, as she fights back despite him being armed & she being way outnumbered.”
The female driver, who has been identified as Nikki Bullock, told local media she was delivering food orders for Uber Eats with a friend and her children in the car because she could not afford to hire a babysitter.
“We were arguing back-and-forth because he hit the car. So after that his friend was in front of me, he was arguing with me and while I’m arguing with the friend, he jumped off the bike, jumped on the back of the car, and kicked the windshield in,” Bullock explained.
“I didn’t see [the gun] hit the floor at all until he picked it up. He pointed it at me. I couldn’t hear anything he was saying. I was screaming at him.”
During the altercation, the suspect appears to drop a firearm on the ground, pick it up, and point it in Bullock’s face at point-blank range.
The entire episode unfolded as a large group of riders on various ATVs and two-wheelers watched without intervening.
Philadelphia Police arrested a 26-year-old male suspect at his home on Tuesday night and found him to be in possession of a firearm and gear matching that of the assailant in the video.
