Former President Donald Trump had a rare emotional moment while explaining how Americans are hurting under Joe Biden and his radical policies.

During a campaign rally in South Dakota on Friday, Trump had just talked about his successes as president before taking pause as somber music filled the room.

He then somberly acknowledged how Biden is destroying America.

“But now, we are a nation in decline. We are a failing nation,” Trump said.
