‘Margaritaville’ Singer Jimmy Buffett Dead at 76
Musician and businessman Jimmy Buffett best known for his hit classic “Margaritaville” has died at 76.
A statement released on his social media Saturday said, “Jimmy passed away peacefully on the night of September 1st surrounded by his family, friends, music and dogs. He lived his life like a song till the very last breath and will be missed beyond measure by so many.”
The statement did not reveal where Buffett died or his cause of death.
Buffett was an ardent supporter of the experimental COVID vaccine during the height of the COVID Plandemic, leading some to speculate that the vax could have been a contributing factor in his death.

RIP Jimmy Buffett
“But we made it here, and I just have to thank people like this band, this crew, first responders, healthcare workers (&) the mRNA researchers who made the vaccine, and made it possible for us to play for you tonight. Get that vaccine.” https://t.co/hNTc5wVx3W

Buffeet canceled several shows earlier in May after revealing he had been hospitalized for an undisclosed illness.
“Two days ago I was just back from a trip to the Bahamas, thawing out from the California’ winter tour’ and chomping at the bit to get to Charleston. I had to stop in Boston for a check-up but wound up back in the hospital to address some issues that needed immediate attention,” he wrote on X. “Growing old is not for sissies, I promise you.”
